Доктор психологии, Президент Международного Эриксоновского университета Мерилин Аткинсон задает простые вопросы, ответив на которые вы можете взглянуть на окружающий мир с позиции мудрости и доброты.
Have you ever noticed anything special about transit times? These are great times for doing the important things in life, for finding the "giant stones in the bottle of life that we need to keep putting into focus."
You know the story of the multiple bits of gravel in the
Bottle of Life that uses up our time; and how if you don't put the
big stones in first there is no room to get them in later. Travel
provides those moments to contemplate the giant stones- to think
about what is truly important!
Traveling- being in transit-has always been a very special
time for me. While in transit it is as if the Universe opens up its
arms and says, "OK, you are in my arms now: What is really
important for you to Be at
this moment? You have all the space you need for
it..."
I stop. I move from prose to song, from details to
overview, from doing to Being. I relax and contemplate, and
gratitude opens. I think of the power and growth of inner
value, and it warms my soul.
Transit is a great time to ask the important questions- "Is
all right with my own heart?" "With those around
us?"
Who, today, needs gratitude?
Whose courage needs to be seen?
Whose efforts need to be supported?
Whose loving efforts kindle mine?
What incompletions are there of major
importance?
Is anyone dying?
Is anyone truly not available?
How can I knock on their door?
What can I do to bring a little gratitude and blessing to
bear fruit in their lives?
Give yourself some moments of inner transit. When
travelling, check your jar- your 'Bottle of Life". Move from
doing to Being and allow your inner jar to be filled with clear
connection to what is truly important to you.
